By accessing or using the ARAAI platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use ARAAI. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ARAAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of the platform or its contents.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service without our express written permission.

When you create an account with ARAAI, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account. ARAAI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

All orders placed through ARAAI are subject to product availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including after confirmation, if we suspect fraudulent activity or errors in pricing.

Prices are displayed in your local currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

ARAAI offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Certain items — including personalised products and final-sale items — are non-returnable.

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

The ARAAI name, logo, platform design, content, graphics, and all other materials on this site are the intellectual property of ARAAI or its licensors. They are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our platform without prior written consent from ARAAI.

You agree not to engage in any of the following: using the platform for any unlawful purpose; transmitting harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; scraping, crawling, or data-mining the platform without permission.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and, where applicable, legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARAAI and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid ARAAI in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using ARAAI, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ARAAI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
