We want every ARAAI order to reach you exactly as expected — on time, intact, and without hassle. This policy covers how we ship, how long it takes, and what happens when things don't go to plan.
Shipping Coverage
ARAAI currently ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. We partner with leading logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you reliably, whether you are in a major metropolitan city or a Tier-2 or Tier-3 town.
International shipping is not available at this time. We are working to expand our delivery network and will announce international coverage when it becomes available. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
Processing Time
Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters our fulfilment pipeline. Orders are typically processed and handed over to our logistics partner within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
During peak seasons — such as sale periods, festive seasons, or new collection launches — processing times may extend to 2–3 business days. We will always communicate any delays proactively via email and SMS.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch for most locations across India. Orders to Tier-1 cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata) may arrive sooner, often within 3–5 business days.
Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available for select metro cities at checkout. This option will appear if your delivery pin code is eligible. Express orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on a business day are prioritised for same-day dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Factors such as extreme weather, courier network disruptions, or remote locations may occasionally result in delays beyond the stated windows.
Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applied at checkout. Express shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed separately and vary by location.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or cancellation is a direct result of an error on our part, such as an incorrect item being dispatched or a damaged product being sent.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and SMS containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time. Tracking information typically becomes active within 12–24 hours of dispatch.
You can also track your order at any time by visiting the Orders section of your ARAAI account. If you placed an order as a guest, use the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Failed Deliveries
Our logistics partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts for each order. If no one is available to receive the package across all attempts, it will be held at the nearest courier hub or facility for up to 7 calendar days before being returned to us.
If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch. Please note that re-dispatch may incur an additional shipping charge. If you prefer not to re-dispatch, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure your delivery address is accurate and someone is available to receive the package. You can update your delivery address before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@araai.in with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
In the rare event that your order is confirmed lost in transit by our logistics partner, we will initiate an investigation. Once the loss is confirmed (typically within 7 business days), we will offer you a full replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
Public Holidays & Delays
Our fulfilment and logistics operations are paused on national public holidays. Orders placed on or just before a public holiday will be processed on the next available business day. We recommend placing time-sensitive orders well in advance of major holiday periods.
During high-volume seasons such as Diwali, end-of-season sales, and Republic Day/Independence Day sales, delivery timelines may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes across the logistics network. We will communicate estimated delays clearly at checkout and via order updates.
